Where are my pictures?
Event galleries are listed in reverse chronological order - from newest to oldest. The older your event is, the lower it will appear on the list. If you know the event name or date, you can use the search function to search for your gallery by event name or date. If you still cannot find your event gallery, and your event is more than 1 year old, the gallery may have expired. In this case, please Contact Us for additional assistance.

Why do event galleries expire?
Event galleries expire 13 months from the date they are posted. They expire to reduce server storage requirements. If you need the expiration date postponed, please contact Affleck Photography before the posted expiration date. If your event gallery has already expired and you need it re-posted to order products, an archive retrieval fee may by charged depending on how much time has passed since the gallery expired. What is 'My Pictures'?
'My Pictures' are limited access galleries that you have access to.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

Do I have to create an account to add images to the shopping cart?
No, you do not have to create an account to add images to the shopping cart. However, by creating an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account. You must create an account to be able to place an order.

Does it cost anything to create an account?
No.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listed in 'My Pictures'.
